We focus on security and performance monitoring by scanning through all request content and bodies to detect threats—but we only store what matters: security threats, performance metrics, and essential metadata. Unlike traditional APM tools that store massive raw POST bodies indiscriminately, our selective approach allows us to offer unlimited applications and fixed pricing. You'll never get a surprise bill because your traffic spiked—we charge based on throughput capacity (requests/hour), not data volume.

Our plans feature generous pro-rata throttling, calculated per minute to smoothly handle your app's natural traffic variations—allowing bursts up to twice (100% over) the average hourly rate for that minute. For example, if you're on the Drawbridge plan (3,000 req/hour ≈ 100 req/min), you can handle bursts up to 200 requests in any given minute. This flexibility ensures you can handle traffic spikes without immediately hitting limits. If you consistently exceed your hourly limit, you'll receive alerts and can easily upgrade to a higher tier for increased capacity.

Every HTTP request to your monitored applications counts as one request. This includes API calls, page loads, and AJAX requests. Our system tracks requests in real-time and you'll receive alerts if you're approaching your plan's hourly limit, giving you time to upgrade if needed.

Yes! You have several options to export your monitoring data and logs. You can export filtered log data via CSV through the dashboard, use our API to programmatically retrieve logs, or integrate with webhooks for real-time log streaming to your own systems. Unlike traditional APM tools that hook into your runtime and add significant overhead (3-5%), we use asynchronous HTTPS log ingestion which adds far less than 1% overhead in realistic scenarios. This means you get comprehensive monitoring without impacting your application's performance.

Yes! All plans include unlimited web applications. Whether you have 1 app or 100 apps, you only pay based on your total request throughput across all applications. This makes Opsbloc perfect for agencies, SaaS platforms, and growing businesses managing multiple projects.

We'll send you alerts as you approach your limit. If you exceed it briefly, we won't cut off your monitoring—we'll continue tracking for a grace period and notify you to upgrade. We believe in keeping your apps protected, not penalizing traffic spikes. However, consistent overages will require upgrading to a higher tier.

All your monitoring data, logs, and analytics are stored for 30 days on every plan. This gives you a full month to investigate incidents, analyze trends, and debug issues. After 30 days, older data is automatically archived. Need longer retention? Contact us about custom Fortress plans with extended retention options.

The Fortress plan is installed directly on-site on the machine or server of your choice. We handle the full setup on your hardware — whether that's a dedicated server in your office, a co-located rack, or a private cloud VM you control. You own the infrastructure and we install and configure Opsbloc on it. Pricing is custom and handled via invoice or purchase order (not self-serve checkout).
